You will be billed in advance on a recurring and recurring basis (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing your subscription. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same terms unless canceled or canceled by pornjourney.ai.

4.2. Being subscribed to the Service allows you to access the following features: Faster generations of images, outpainting, "keep same girl" feature which allows to keep the generation seed, access to our premium image generation model(s) (may vary with time), and early-access to new features.

4.3. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refund requests for certain subscriptions are considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion.

4.4. Unless otherwise agreed, the payment service and billing starts at $15 USD per month on Patreon and €15 EUR on the Website for month and €89 EUR for the year. Users have two payment options: Patreon and Credit Card. For payments made by Credit Card, billing will be done in the name of our payment provider, BD Multimedia.

4.5. Users subscribing via Patreon must cancel the subscription 24 hours before renewal. This must be done directly on the Patreon website in the membership section. For subscriptions paid by Credit Card, you can cancel within 24 hours after signing up and 48 hours before the renewal of the subscription. To do so, simply click on the link provided below.

4.6. Once the subscription has been made, you will have access to all premium digital content. It is not possible to obtain a refund on Patreon or for payments made by Credit Card. Refunds may be made in cases where there is a major error on the Website, your Credit Card was charged in error, or your renewal cancellation did not work. In these cases, we may issue a refund. You will not receive a refund of any fees already paid for your current subscription period, and you will have access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period, this process will be display after the receipt and validation of your payment.

4.7. We may change our subscription fees at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes to the Subscription Fee will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription Term. We will provide reasonable notice in advance of any subscription fee change to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription prior to the subscription fee change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after any subscription fee changes become effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed subscription fee amounts.

5.1. The Image Generation Service provided by PornJourney.ai is a feature designed exclusively for personal use. Users are granted access to this service with the understanding that it may not be utilized for commercial purposes without obtaining the express written consent of PornJourney.ai. Any attempt to utilize this service for commercial purposes without obtaining explicit written consent from PornJourney.ai is strictly prohibited. Users agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt in any way to discover the source code of the Image Generation Service or any of its components.

5.2. You may not redistribute or make available to others the Image Generation Service, either in its entirety or any portion thereof, without the express written permission of PornJourney.ai.

5.3. Any unauthorized commercial use, duplication, distribution, public performance, or public display of the Image Generation Service is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activities may result in the termination of your right to use the Image Generation Service and may also violate the rights of PornJourney.ai and/or third parties.

5.4. Engaging in unauthorized commercial use or distribution of the Image Generation Service may lead to legal sanctions. Users are urged to respect the terms and conditions outlined herein to avoid legal repercussions.
